Anya (Sarah J. Bartholomew) is an aspiring yoga influencer trying to build her brand and grow her You Tube subscribers. She has moved across country to record her flows in a house left to her by her late grandmother whom she had never met.

After being advised by her “frenemie” and successful influencer Kenzi Fit (Madi Ready) that she needs to find what sets her apart, Anya decides to follow what she thinks is a cleansing ritual of self discovery in an old book she found in a hidden attic in the house, but what unfolds is the opposite of a wellness routine.

Mind Body Spirit is a fresh take on the “don’t read from the ancient text” trope for the Instagram age with an award worthy performance from its lead. It has chills, humor and a kill gruesome enough to make you want to skip the gym forever.

Mind Body Spirit will be screening in person at the Chattanooga Film Festival on Friday, June 25 at The Read House. Get your tickets here! and check out trailer below!

Stay tuned for a podcast extra interview with the directors of the film coming soon!
