Panic Fest is back at the Screenland Armour theater in Kansas City, MO and virtually from your couch! The in person festival will run from Thursday, April 13 – Wednesday, April 19 followed by the virtual festival on April 14 – 23.
Panic Fest has brought us some of our favorite films of the past few years including the found footage film Dashcam, directed by Rob Savage, horror comedies When the Screaming Starts and Keeping Company and the wonderfully gory alien invasion film An Ideal Host.
This year in person there are 30 films including the fantastic action horror comedy Renfield, the gorefest Evil Dead Rise and Agatha Christie-esqe supernatural horror film Brooklyn 45, as well as world premiers and live events including a Joe Lynch surprise screening, filmmaker meets ups and live podcast recordings.
If you can’t make it to the theater, you can see over 20 feature films and 7 shorts blocks in the virtual component of the festival making Panic Fest one you do not want to miss!
