US + Get Out + Lost + the Shining + the Others + The Grudge + butterflies + Janelle Monae = possible (?) greatness! Antebellum is one of the hot new things coming out in 2020 and we here at the Scariest Things Podcast are INTRIGUED.
There’s not a lot of exposition going on in the newly minted trailer, save for the fact that new-ish Directors Christopher Renz and Gerard Bush seem to be alternating between two and possibly more very disturbing timelines.
The equally vague description on over at IMDB does little to shine a light on this rather cryptic trailer “…Successful author Veronica finds herself trapped in a horrifying reality and must uncover the mind-bending mystery before it’s too late.” Hmmm…
Either way, this Janelle Monae butterfly-infused joint promises to be something to look forward to in 2020. We’ll be there on April 24th and you should too. In the meantime, peep this fresh new trailer!
