Kian Doughty is a talented young actor who just performed in and co-wrote the Justin Zimmerman short film Made You Look which premiered at the Portland Horror Film Festival, and features some fantastic creature effects from Oscar winner Chris Walas. Kian brings his youthful take on a top 25!

I have been a fan of horror movies ever since I saw Gremlins when I was in the fourth grade. Since then I have watched many horror movies, attended horror movie festivals as guest speakers and starred in a short horror film, Made You Look. I love the genre and many of my favorite movies are Horror movies.

Editorial Note: The Scariest Things prides itself as a Gateway to the trends and tropes of the horror genre (as we say every week on our Podcast) and what better way to get an idea of Gateway films than to ask a current young horror fan what they like!  How many of you remember what your favorite horror movies were when you were 13?
